How do I get a Cashier’s Check?

You can get a free Cashier’s Check from a local Stanford FCU branch, any shared branch in the U.S., or request one online (if the check will be payable to you). If you need a Cashier’s Check made payable to another person, you can use Chat or send a secure Message through Online Banking or the mobile app (App StoreGoogle Play).

 

Request a Cashier’s Check made payable to you:

  1. Log into Online Banking or the mobile app (App StoreGoogle Play)
  2. Choose Self Service from the main menu
  3. Click on Cashier’s Check Request
  4. Fill out the form and click Submit
  5. A Secure Access Code will be sent to confirm your request

You’ll receive an email confirmation after your request is received, and you should receive your check within 7 to 10 business days.
