Can I add a joint owner on a new account in Online Banking?

If you already have joint owners on an existing account, you can add them when you open a new account in Online Banking or the mobile app (App Store | Google Play). If you wish to add a completely new joint owner, please fill out a new membership application formopens PDF file and return it to us along with a copy of your joint owner’s picture ID or Passport. You can submit the documents one of three ways:

 

  1. Visit a local Stanford FCU branch
  2. Log into Online Banking or the mobile app (App Store | Google Play) to send a secure Message (select Messages > select the red pencil icon > Message Recipient: Member Services > Subject: Adding a joint)
  3. Mail to Stanford Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 10690, Palo Alto, CA 94303-0843
