How do I change my Online Banking password?

When you enroll in Online or Mobile Banking you will select your own password. If you forget this password, you can reset it yourself by clicking on the Forgot Password link just below the login boxes.

You will then choose a verification method by which a Secure Access Code will be sent to you. Once you enter the Secure Access Code, you will be able to change your password. This ensures that a fraudulent person is not trying to gain access to your accounts. Never share this Code with anyone, including people claiming to be from Stanford FCU!

If you already have a working password, you can change it any time within Online or Mobile Banking by choosing Settings > Security Preferences > Change Password.

Note: After several failed login attempts, your account will be locked for security reasons. If you do not remember your password after the first or second attempt, it is best to select the Forgot Password option and follow the prompts to reset your password.

If you are locked out of Online or Mobile Banking, you can unlock it yourself with the Unlock link located right below the login box.
