What should I do If I’m locked out of Online Banking?

After several failed login attempts, your account will be locked for security reasons. If you do not remember your password after the first or second attempt, it is best to select the “Forgot Password?” option and follow the prompts to reset your password.

If you are locked out of Online or Mobile Banking, please contact us at 888.723.7328.

You can reset your password yourself by clicking on the Forgot Password? link just below the login box.

You will then choose a verification method for us to send you a Secure Access Code. Once you enter the Secure Access Code, you will be able to change your password. This ensures that a fraudulent person is not trying to gain access to your accounts.

You can change your passwords any time within Online or Mobile Banking by choosing Profile & Settings > Security Preferences > Change Password.

Mobile Banking is a great solution for those of us who struggle with passwords. Log in once, set up touch ID, and you can quickly log in and out of your account. Download the Stanford FCU mobile app from the App Store or Google Play, then follow the prompts.
