What should I do if I forgot my Online Banking password?

If you forget your password, you can reset it yourself by clicking on the Forgot Password link just below the login box.

You will then choose a verification method for us to send you a Secure Access Code. Once you enter the Secure Access Code, you will be able to change your password. This ensures that a fraudulent person is not trying to gain access to your accounts. Do not share the Secure Access Code with anyone!

You can change your passwords any time within Online or Mobile Banking by choosing Settings > Security Preferences > Change Password.

Note: After several failed login attempts, your account will be locked for security reasons. If you do not remember your password after the first or second attempt, it’s best to use the “Forgot Password” option and follow the prompts to reset your password.

If you are locked out of Online or Mobile Banking, you can use the Unlock link located right below the login box.

Skip the passwords and use Mobile Banking with touch or face ID!

Mobile Banking is a great solution for those of us who struggle with passwords. Log in once, set up touch or face ID, and you can quickly log in and out of your account. Download the Stanford FCU mobile app from the App Store or Google Play, then follow the prompts.
