How do I report fraud on my debit / credit card?

Please call us immediately us at 888.723.7328 to close your card, prevent additional fraud charges, and request a new card.

Then you can follow these steps to dispute a card transaction:

  1. Log into Online or Mobile Banking
  2. In your Account History, select the 3 dots next to the side of the item you wish to dispute. Select Dispute transactions and follow the prompts to file your dispute. If the Dispute transactions option does not appear, the item cannot be disputed using this service, or it may be past the dispute timeframes.
    Please complete the dispute form in its entirety to ensure there are no delays processing your case. Provide as much detail as possible to expedite your case. If you have any documents to support your claim, they can be added to your case during this process.
  3. If you have multiple items to dispute, you can select the 3 dots at the top of your Account History (next to the download option).

You can follow the status of your case by viewing the Red flag in your account history.

Note: In order to preserve your rights, you MUST submit your dispute documentation within 60 days of the date of the statement that the transaction(s) appeared.

You can also manage your credit and debit cards with convenient online Card Tools like text alerts, locking and unlocking your card, notifying us when you’ll be traveling, and more. You’ll be automatically enrolled to receive fraud alerts.
