How do I order a new debit card?

You can visit one of our branch locations to have a new card issued instantly.

Otherwise, please contact a Member Advisor at 888.723.7328 or send us a secure Message through Online or Mobile Banking to request a new card.

You can also manage your debit card with convenient online Card Tools like text alerts, locking and unlocking your card, notifying us when you’ll be traveling, and more. You’ll be automatically enrolled to receive fraud alerts.

You can also call a Member Advisor 24/7 at 888.723.7328, or send a secure Message in Online or Mobile Banking. We will block and reissue your card.
