How do I change my address and other contact information?

There are two ways to change your contact information:

  1. Through Online or Mobile Banking – Log in and choose Settings > Update Contact Information.
  2. In Person – Make an appointment at a local branch to update your information. Please bring a photo ID such as a Driver’s License for identification.

If you need to change your name, please contact us by calling 888.723.7328 or through secure Message in Online or Mobile Banking so we can provide you with the appropriate forms and advise you on the documentation needed.
