How do I activate my debit or credit card?

There are two ways to activate your debit or credit card:

  1. Call the number on the sticker attached to your new card (888.691.8661) from the primary phone number we have on file for you, and follow the prompts. If you do not know which number is your primary, log into Digital Banking and update it there.
  2. If you have your PIN, you can also do a Point of Sale (POS) or ATM transaction to activate the card.

Once activated, you can manage your cards with convenient online Card Tools like text alerts, locking and unlocking your card, notifying us when you’ll be traveling, and more. You’ll be automatically enrolled to receive fraud alerts.
