VIP Access works with your Login ID and Password to provide two-factor authentication to help prevent unauthorized access to your Stanford FCU accounts. Once you download and activate the app, you will need to access it every time you log into Online or Mobile Banking, or request an external transfer or wire.

(Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 4pm)
|Step 3||Log into Online or Mobile Banking—you will be prompted to enter the token at login, and whenever you request an external transfer or wire|
|Step 4||Open the new VIP Access app to get the token|
You can cancel VIP Access any time—just call to let us know. And if you replace your device, please call us to update your VIP Access.
Note: If you use an aggregator to view multiple financial accounts, VIP Access may prevent the aggregator from updating your account information.
