Q. What is the minimum balance?
A. There is no minimum balance required!

Q. What if there’s fraud on my account?
A. Please call us immediately at 888.723.7328 to close your card, prevent additional fraud charges, and receive a new card. Then you can easily report the suspicious activity—just log into Online or Mobile Banking and click on the transaction. Then click Options > Dispute Transactions.

You can also manage your credit and debit cards with convenient online Card Tools like text alerts, locking and unlocking your card, notifying us when you’ll be traveling, and more. You’ll be automatically enrolled to receive fraud alerts.

Q. Can I open an account for my child?
A. We have a Sigma Teen Checking Account designed for minors age 13-17 and a Student Checking Account for students age 18+. Both accounts are free!
