What should I do if I am out of town and my credit or debit card is declined and I know the funds are available?

There could be many reasons why this is happening. Please call a Member Advisor at 888.723.7328 toll free. You can also send a secure Message through Online or Mobile Banking during business hours to resolve the issue.

If you are traveling out of state or out of the country, be sure to set a Travel Notice so we don’t block your credit or debit card.

 

To set a Travel Notice on your card:

  1. Log into Online or Mobile Banking
  2. Click Services > Travel Notice , then follow the prompts  (list all areas you may be visiting, including layover cities)
  3. Once the Travel Notice is submitted, you will receive a secure Message that it has been received
  4. Please allow one business day for processing

We do not allow card transactions in countries sanctioned by the U.S. or prohibited by U.S. law.
