How do I get a copy of my statement?

If you are enrolled in eStatements through Online and Mobile Banking, you will receive an email whenever a statement or notice is available. Since the information is electronic, you can access it any time. You can print statements as needed, and we will store up to 18 months’ worth of statements for you. If you would like a copy of a statement prior to this timeframe, please contact a Member Advisor at 888.723.7328 or visit a branch location.

If you are not enrolled in eStatements, you will receive your statement in the mail at the address we have on file for you.

Sign up for Electronic Delivery through Online or Mobile Banking by going to Settings > choose Statement Delivery under Preferences  > Select Paperless > Click Submit.
