Depending on the type of loan, there are two ways to cancel your automated loan payments.

To cancel Auto-Pay for a credit card:

1. Log into Online or Mobile Banking
2. Select Move Money
3. Click Make a Payment
4. Select the Manage Auto-Pay tab
5. Click Cancel Auto-Pay
6. Review details and click Yes, Cancel

To cancel automatic payments for all other loans:

1. Log into Online or Mobile Banking
2. Select Review Online Transactions on the Home page below the Search bar to the right (under the More menu in mobile)
3. Select the Recurring Transactions tab
4. Locate the recurring loan payment that you want to cancel and change the statusOR

1. Log into Online or Mobile Banking
2. Click on Move Money
3. Select MORE OPTIONS from the drop-down menu
4. Choose Review Transactions under Transfers & Deposits
5. Select the Recurring Transaction tab
6. Locate the recurring loan payment that you want to cancel and change the status
