How do I cancel a scheduled bill payment?

To cancel a scheduled bill payment, follow these steps:

  1. Log into Online Banking or the mobile app (App Store | Google Play)
  2. Select Menu
  3. Select the Move Money dropdown menu
  4. From the dropdown menu, select Bill Pay
  5. From the Bill Pay page, select Options
  6. Select Visit Bill Pay Site
  7. Select Activity
  8. Select the scheduled payment you want to cancel
  9. Select Cancel Payment
  10. Select Cancel Payment again to confirm your request

Note that if a payment doesn’t appear under the Scheduled heading, it has already been processed and can’t be canceled.
