What if a purchase is returned?
Refunds depend on the brand. Most of the time, the return amount is issued as a new digital gift card.
Why are some brands in-store only?
Some brands are only available in-store because they don’t support online gift card redemption or their online checkout isn’t reliable. We focus on adding popular online brands that give the smoothest experience and keep expanding our offerings over time.
