How do I submit a travel notification?

You can submit a travel notification through Digital Banking or the mobile app (App Store | Google Play) to ensure that we don’t block your debit or credit card due to suspicious activity:

  1. Log into Digital Banking or the mobile app (App Store | Google Play)
  2. Click Services
  3. Choose Submit Travel Notice from the drop-down menu
  4. Then follow the prompts (please list all destinations you may be visiting and any layover cities)
  5.  Click Submit (once it is submitted, you will receive a secure Message confirmation that it was received)

Note: We do not allow card transactions in countries sanctioned by the U.S. or prohibited by U.S. law.
