How do I submit a travel notification?

You can submit a travel notification through Online Banking and the mobile app to ensure that we don’t block your debit or credit card due to suspicious activity:

  1. Log into Online Banking or the mobile app
  2. Click Services
  3. Choose MORE OPTIONS from the drop-down menu
  4. Select Travel Notification under Card Services
  5. Then follow the prompts (please list all destinations you may be visiting and any layover cities)
  6.  Click Submit (once it is submitted, you will receive a secure Message that it was filed)

Please allow at least one business day for processing. The more advance notice you can provide, the better. If you already started your trip, please call 888.723.7328 for assistance.

Note: We do not allow card transactions in countries sanctioned by the U.S. or prohibited by U.S. law.
