Where do I see my credit card rewards balance?
You can view and redeem your credit card rewards balance online:
- Log into Online Banking or the mobile app (App Store | Google Play)
- In Online Banking, select Services > Card Center; in the app click on Card Center at the bottom of the page
- Select Credit Card Rewards under Rewards & Travel
- Select your card account to view your rewards
- Click on the Redeem your rewards points link (this will take you to the Rewards site to redeem your points for cash, gift cards, travel or merchandise)
You can also manage your credit card with convenient online Card Tools like text alerts, locking and unlocking your card, notifying us when you’ll be traveling, and more. You’ll be automatically enrolled to receive fraud alerts.
