How do I sign up for direct deposit?

There are several ways to sign up for direct deposit:

Sign up in Online Banking or the mobile app (App Store | Google Play) by using our easy-switch direct deposit tool powered by ClickSWITCH. You can add or switch most direct deposits in under two minutes! Learn more about adding or switching your direct deposit.
You can sign up for direct deposit through your employer or through the government agency that issues your checks. If you contact us via Chat or secure Message, we can help you get the information your employer needs.
You can also fill out a form provided by your employer or the government agency. You will need the following information:

- Your Account Number: Your savings or checking account number is the 10-digit number beginning with 900, or the 9-digit number beginning with 700.

Note: Your member number is not your account number. Each savings or checking account has a separate, unique account number. Your account number can be located:

On your statements
Within Online Banking or the mobile app (App Store | Google Play) (select the account, then select the three dot menu > and select Settings to view the Account Number)
On the bottom of your checks:
Contact one of our Member Advisors at 888.723.7328, or visit any of our branch locations to obtain your full account number. You can also contact us through Chat or secure Message in Online Banking or the mobile app (App Store | Google Play). For security purposes we will not include any account numbers via email.

However you sign up for direct deposit, you’ll get your money up to two days before payday, because we always post payroll as soon as we receive your direct deposit!
