Permission to use photograph or video:
I, the undersigned, do hereby grant permission to Stanford Federal Credit Union and its legal representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, publish, and reproduce my name, image, likeness, voice, and written or verbal statements (collectively, the "Materials") for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes. The Materials may be used across any of Stanford Federal Credit Union’s external marketing channels, including but not limited to X/Twitter (stanfordfcu), Facebook (stanfordfederalcreditunion), Instagram (stanfordcreditunion), LinkedIn (stanfordfederalcreditunion), TikTok (stanfordfcu) and Fizz.
I hereby release you, your representatives, employees, managers, members, officers, subsidiaries, and directors, from all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with any use of said “Materials”, including, without limitation, all claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of my right of publicity, defamation and any other personal and/or property rights.
I acknowledge and agree that I will receive no financial compensation, royalties, or residual fees for the creation or use of this Material. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, accompanying text, or advertising copy that may be used in connection with the Material.
