Mr. Reidy is Vice President of Land, Buildings & Real Estate at Stanford University, responsible for all issues relating to Stanford lands. As Vice President, Mr. Reidy is responsible for planning and implementing Stanford’s $4.1 billion capital plan; the university’s commercial real estate portfolio on endowed lands valued at $5.1 billion; managing campus utilities, grounds, and parking & transportation; providing stewardship for the 8,180 acres of land; managing operations and maintenance for over 300 buildings totaling 10.7 million square feet. Additionally, Mr. Reidy oversees LBRE’s $331.8 million operating budget and 542 employees. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical & Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University. Mr. Reidy serves on the Board of Overseers for the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, Board of Directors for Bay Area Council, the University of Nebraska Medical Center Development Corporation, a trustee of the Urban Land Institute, a Senior Fellow, American Leadership Forum – Silicon Valley. Mr. Reidy was elected to the Stanford FCU Board in 2016.
