How do I make a Stanford FCU credit card payment through Stanford FCU Online Banking?
It’s easy. Login to Stanford FCU Online Banking, click Payments & Transfers>Make A Payment. In the dropdown menu, select the Stanford FCU account that you will pay the payment from and then follow the prompts. The payment will be applied to the card balance immediately and then you will see the funds debited out of the deposit account within a few business days.
In the old system, when I paid my credit card, it didn’t immediately affect my credit card balance or my available credit. How will it work now?
Good news. Your payment will be automatically applied to the card balance.
I paid my credit card but I don’t see the payment from my Stanford FCU checking account. What happened?
The payment will be reflected in your checking history within one to two business days.
I don’t see my credit card in my accounts. What do I do?
If you don’t see it in the loan accounts to pay, please contact us at 888.723.7328.
I used to see my credit card transactions in a different section. Where is my history?
Your credit card history is shown in the My Accounts area. Once you click on it, you will then be able to see and search your transactions.
Where is my Credit Card eStatement?
Your credit card statement is found under Tools & Requests > View Statements.
I have a CashBack Rewards card. Where do I see my cash rewards transactions that I get quarterly?
It appears on your statement, but you can call us at 888.723.7328 for questions.
Where do I see my rewards balance?
Login to Stanford FCU Online Banking > Credit Card Rewards, then click on the rewards button. This will take you to the Rewards site to redeem your points.
I paid twice. What do I do?
Please send us a secured message and we will research it. If you did pay it twice, we can refund your payment.
