It’s easy. Login to Stanford FCU Online Banking, click Payments & Transfers>Make A Payment. In the dropdown menu, select the Stanford FCU account that you will pay the payment from and then follow the prompts. The payment will be applied to the card balance immediately and then you will see the funds debited out of the deposit account within a few business days.
Good news. Your payment will be automatically applied to the card balance.
The payment will be reflected in your checking history within one to two business days.
If you don’t see it in the loan accounts to pay, please contact us at 888.723.7328.
Your credit card history is shown in the My Accounts area. Once you click on it, you will then be able to see and search your transactions.
Your credit card statement is found under Tools & Requests > View Statements.
It appears on your statement, but you can call us at 888.723.7328 for questions.
Login to Stanford FCU Online Banking > Credit Card Rewards, then click on the rewards button. This will take you to the Rewards site to redeem your points.
Please send us a secured message and we will research it. If you did pay it twice, we can refund your payment.
