Personal Financial Management is a free online tool offered to all Stanford FCU Online Banking members. It is a great tool to review your personal finances in one place, track cash flow, set up personal financial goal and budget, and achieve long-term financial success. You can add all checking and saving accounts, investment and retirement investment accounts, mortgage accounts from other financial institutions. You can see balances and transactions of each account, and automatically calculate Cash Flow and Net Worth.

This will help you to get an overview of your personal finances or the type of accounts you wish to track. When you have good information on your money by using this tool, you will be in a good position to save, to spend or to invest, and to achieve financial success.
The first step is to add accounts by clicking Add button. You can select from the names of Financial Institutions, which one to add, where you have accounts. When you add accounts, your transactions and balances will update accordingly. Your transactions will be automatically categorized with tags, making it easy to track you spending by category. You will be able to see the balances and transactions in the Overview tab.
Then you can navigate to the Budget tab to create spending target and a monthly budget. You can navigate to Cash Flow tab to see your monthly Cash Flow. Take your time to explore all the great features of this function. Then start using it regularly to take more control over your finances.
Yes. In the Alerts section of this tool, you can create customized alerts based on your activity. You can set the email address or mobile number to receive these alerts. You can delete or modify the alerts any time inside Stanford FCU Online Banking.
Welcome! As a new member, to use Personal Financial Management to view your Stanford FCU and other financial accounts in one place, what you need to do is to click the ‘Add’ button to the left-middle of the page, and add these accounts. You only need to add the accounts once. Afterwards when you need to, just click ‘Update’ button to get the transactions updated.
