NEW: How do I set up a new payment?
To set up a new payment, log in to Online Banking. Under Payments & Transfers select Pay a Friend. Enter recipient name, email address or mobile number, and the amount you are sending.

Some members are experiencing intermittent issues when using the Pay a Friend function. This issue is being addressed.

NEW: How do I know my ACH stop payment or dispute is received?
Once you complete the form requesting an ACH stop payment or dispute you’ll receive a secure message in Online Banking.
NEW: I cannot close out of the Bill Pay screen, what do I do?
In some browsers, members are unable to see the option to close out this screen. This issue is being addressed. In the meantime, you can zoom out until you see the close button on the top right corner of the Bill Pay screen. If you are using a Windows PC machine, you can zoom out by pressing the Control key at the bottom left and the minus key (‘-‘ key) at the top right of your keyboard. If you are using a Mac, you can zoom out by pressing the Command key at the bottom left and the minus key at the top right.
NEW: How do I make a loan payment using an external account (from another financial institution)?
If you haven’t already added and verified your external account, please go to Payments & Transfers > Add External Account. Once your external account has been successfully added go to Payments & Transfers > Make a Payment. Your external account will be listed in the ‘From Account’ field as an option to pay from.
NEW: Can I pay multiple Bill Payers at the same time in the app?
Yes, this feature is available in tablets only. Simply select the bills that you want to pay and follow the steps as you’re prompted to complete payments.

NEW: How much time do I have to verify an external account?
You have 14 calendar days from the date of submission to verify your account.
Where do I locate how to make a loan or credit card payment?
From the menu, select Payments & Transfers > Make Payment.
If I make a payment from a Stanford FCU account, will payments be applied in real time?
For Credit Card Payments, your available/card balance will be updated immediately. The credit card payment will be applied to your account within 2 business days. For all other loan payments, the payment will be applied immediately.
If I want to pay a bill other than a Stanford FCU loan what do I do?
For paying bills with other institutions or vendors, please select Payments & Transfers > Pay Bills to set up the payment. You may also schedule payments to other institutions by establishing an external transfer. To set up an external transfer, go to Payments & Transfers > Add External Account.
What payments can I make?
You can pay any Stanford FCU loan or credit card.
