Wire Transfers

Our wire transfer process has improved!

New Process

The new process allows you to submit your wire transfer request through online banking without the additional step of faxing in a signed request form or a copy of your identification. Our new system allows us to confirm your identity by having you enter a secure access code that will be sent to a phone number of your choice that we have on file. To prevent unauthorized transfers, we will still perform callbacks to verify your identity for large wires, but the new process will be paper-free and much simpler for you.

Next Steps

To initiate a new wire, you will need to complete a Wire Transfer Agreement.
This form needs to be on file before we can process any future wire transfer requests.
Our Wire Transfer Form is available online by logging onto Online Banking.
