couple looking at phoneWe regularly survey members to learn more about how we can help you DO MORE and BANK LESS. Here are some recent changes based on member feedback:

  • Stanford Athletics® Fan Rewards Credit Card: Our members love Stanford University, and our new Rewards Credit Card is the only card that earns rewards for the Stanford Alumni Association, Stanford Athletics, and you! Learn more.
  • Schedule an appointment: Your time is valuable, and we want to meet with you at your convenience. Now you can set an appointment the next time you want to meet with us in person to apply for a loan, open an additional account or need another type of assistance.

Enhancements to Mobile and Online Banking: 

  • Credit card auto-pay: Save time by setting up your monthly credit card payments in Mobile and Online Banking. Choose to pay your full balance, minimum payment or another amount each month. Once you schedule the auto payments, you won’t have to think about it again!
  • Credit card rewards: View your current reward points, see which points are about to expire, and link to redeem your points—all in one location!
  • Real-time Travel Notices: It’s easier than ever to submit a Travel Notice so you can use your credit and debit cards on upcoming trips without worrying that we’ll block your card for suspicious activity.

What’s coming

Enhancements to Mobile and Online Banking: 

  • Loan payment details: You’ll be able to view exactly how much of your payment went to your principal balance and how much went toward interest for each of your loans.
  • Enhanced consumer loan application and deposit account opening: Enjoy a streamlined process, enhanced security, and the ability to save the application and return later to complete it.
  • Auto-pay option for all loans: Save time by setting up your monthly loan payments in Mobile and Online Banking. Once you schedule the auto payments, you won’t have to think about it again!
  • Improvements to the Update Contact Info form: You’ll have new options to add a mailing address, international address, or share contact information between joint accounts.
  • More options when opening a Checking Account: You’ll be able to add a debit card and opt out of discretionary overdraft protection.
