I forgot my mobile banking password, can I change it?

Yes, to change your password simply do the following:

  1. Open the Mobile Banking App
  2. Select Menu > Settings
  3. Select Security Preferences under Security
  4. Select Change Password and follow the prompts

You can change your passwords any time within Online or Mobile Banking by choosing Settings > Security Preferences under Security > Change Password.

You can also set up your Mobile App login with a fingerprint, so you don’t need to worry about remembering a password!
