I don’t have access to send an international wire. What do I need to do?

You will need to contact us to enable your access. Please contact us through secure Message in Online or Mobile Banking, or call 888.723.7328.

You can review our process for sending and receiving wire transfers to ensure that your wires are successfully sent and received.

Note: The cutoff time for sending wire transfers is 1:00 PM PT. Transfers made after this time will be processed the next business day. Wise international funds transfers can be initiated any time, and will be delivered based on local bank processing times.
