How do I change my recurring transfers?

There are two ways you can change your recurring transfers in Online and Mobile Banking:

  1. Log into Online or Mobile Banking
  2. Select Review Online Transactions on the Home page below the Search bar to the right (under the More menu in mobile)
  3. Select the Recurring Transactions tab
  4. Click Actions
  5. Select Edit Series


OR

  1. Log into Online or Mobile Banking
  2. Click on Move Money
  3. Select MORE OPTIONS from the drop-down menu
  4. Choose Review Transactions under Transfers & Deposits
  5. Select the Recurring Transaction tab
  6. Click Actions
  7. Select Edit Series

 

Note: It will take 2 to 3 business days for external transfers to post to your account, so be sure to leave a few extra days before you actually need the money to arrive.

Example: If you have an external recurring transfer that needs to be in your account every 15th of the month, your external recurring transfer should be scheduled at least by the 9th (to ensure non-business days and two processing days).
