How do I add my account at another financial institution in Online or Mobile Banking?

You can easily add your External Account at another financial institution, but it will take a few days while we send small test deposits to your other account so you can verify that it’s the correct account:

  1. Log into Online or Mobile Banking
  2. Choose Move Money > Add External Account
  3. Follow the instructions (note that it can take a few days for the test deposits to arrive)

 

Once you see the test deposits in your External Account, you can log back into Online or Mobile Banking, choose Move Money > Add External Account to verify the deposit amounts.
