We know that there are individuals in our membership who are being financially impacted by the response necessitated by the COVID-19 community spread. We are actively working with members who are experiencing hardships during this stressful time. Some are being laid off or losing hours resulting in a reduction of pay. Stanford FCU wants to be here for our members in their time of need. If you are one of these members, please reach out to us so we can discuss ways we can assist. Manage Unemployment Funds

Manage Unemployment Funds

Your state will pay your unemployment funds by direct deposit or on a debit card. If you need to transfer the funds from a debit card to your Stanford FCU account, follow these steps:

  • Set up an online or mobile account with the bank that issues the debit card
  • Log into your Stanford FCU Online or Mobile Banking account
  • Go to Payments & Transfers > Add External Account
  • Follow the instructions to link the new account to your account (allow a few days to verify the test deposits)

Beware Coronavirus Scams

Beware of fraudsters exploiting concerns about the Coronavirus. They are sending phishing emails from the CDC and WHO, and creating fake websites for Johns Hopkins University. Stay vigilant, and remember to always slow down and think before clicking on anything!
