If you are experiencing financial hardship during the COVID-19 Pandemic, please reach out to us. Listed below are several ways you can contact us remotely, including scheduling a phone appointment and using secure Message through Online or Mobile Banking (we will respond by the next business day).
We know that there are individuals in our membership who are being financially impacted by the response necessitated by the COVID-19 community spread. We are actively working with members who are experiencing hardships during this stressful time. Some are being laid off or losing hours resulting in a reduction of pay. Stanford FCU wants to be here for our members in their time of need. If you are one of these members, please reach out to us so we can discuss ways we can assist – whether it be skipping a payment on a current loan, or a small personal loan to help you bridge this time of disruption. I hope that you and your family remain healthy and safe.
Your state will pay your unemployment funds by direct deposit or on a debit card. If you need to transfer the funds from a debit card to your Stanford FCU account, follow these steps:
If you currently have a business or commercial loan with us, we may be able to assist with deferred loan payments up to three months. Please email us at Commercial_Lending@sfcu.org. Additionally, if you have a business credit card with us you may be eligible to skip up to three credit card payments. Please email your request to CardServices@sfcu.org.
Beware of fraudsters exploiting concerns about the Coronavirus. They are sending phishing emails from the CDC and WHO, and creating fake websites for Johns Hopkins University. Stay vigilant, and remember to always slow down and think before clicking on anything!
*APR = Annual Percentage Rate. You must be a member in good standing, member for at least 6 months, minimum age 18, and show proof of hardship. Offer subject to change without notice. Other conditions may apply. A 24-month Emergency Loan at 7.99% APR would result in 24 monthly payments of $226.11.
