If your SFCU accounts are involved

If your SFCU accounts, checks, debit, ATM or Visa cards have been tampered with or stolen, we have a free  ID 911 Service to assist you.

Upon receiving your instructions, SFCU will close your accounts immediately and stop payment on all unused checks.

  • Call Monday-Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM (650) 723-2509, or Toll Free (outside 650) (888) 723-7328.

  • To report a lost or stolen ATM, QUAD or Visa Credit Card after-hours (650) 723-2509, press 4.
