FAS-TELL Bank by Phone Service

FAS-TELL is a free service that allows you to access your accounts with any Touch-Tone telephone - at home, at work, out-of-town, anywhere! The Credit Union computer guides you through the transactions. Thousands of SFCU members use this easy system each month to make balance inquiries, transfer money between accounts, take advances on their lines of credit, and much more!

You can receive FAS-TELL access today! Just call SFCU (650) 723-2509, and ask for your FAS-TELL password. You'll receive your password on the spot.

FAS-TELL Guidelines:

  1. Dial (650) 327-8355
  2. Choose an option from the main menu
  3. Enter your Member Number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN), followed by "#"
  4. Choose the function you wish to perform
  5. Select your account type

Helpful Tips

You only need your Member Number, Personal Password, and ID or Sub Account Number to identify the account or loan you're referring to.

  • Faster Transactions-no need to wait for voice instructions if you're already familiar with the transaction codes
  • When entering dollar amounts, no decimals are needed. Sample: Enter "$500.00" as "50000"
  • To exit FAS-TELL, simply press "*"
  • To speak to a Member Service Representative, press "0"
