What you need for access:

  • An Business CUOnline Password is required to access your accounts. You should have received this password when you opened your account. If you do not have a Business CUOnline password or PassMark Security question reset for security purposes, SFCU accepts requests in the following manner: please fax or scan then email a signed, written request. Requests must include current address, phone, and email information to match against our records. Please send fax requests to (866) 797-5315. Please send email requests to info@sfcu.org.You may also visit a branch, if convenient.
  • You must use either Netscape Navigator (version 7.0 or later) or Microsoft Explorer (5.5 browser or later) to provide a secure connection to our Web server and provide maximum protection for account information.
