Timothy Warner is the Vice Provost for Stanford University. He has been a member of the Credit Union Board since 1989, serving as Chairman since 1992. Warner earned a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
Jane Duperrault is the Director of Finance & Administration for the Department of Anesthesia at the Stanford University School of Medicine. In addition, Ms. Duperrault is the Director of Physician Practice Development for the School of Medicine. She joined SFCU’s Board in 1989. Duperrault served as Treasurer until May 2000, when she became Vice Chair. Duperrault has a B.A. in Economics from the American University in Washington, D.C. and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
Tana Hutchison has been Stanford's Associate Controller since November 1996. She joined Stanford in 1992 in Internal Audit where she served as Associate Director for Medical Affairs, covering the School of Medicine and Stanford Health Services. Previously Ms. Hutchison, a CPA, worked for KPMG Peat Marwick for 14 years. Ms. Hutchison earned her bachelor's in Commerce from Santa Clara University. She served on the Credit Union's Supervisory Committee since 1993 and was appointed to the Board in 1997.
In March 2007, Mr. Jobe retired from his position as Associate Director of Business Services at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC), operated by Stanford University for the U.S. Dept. of Energy. Mr. Jobe joined SLAC in 1970. He was CFO at Analytec Limited from 1989 to 1993, and returned to SLAC in 1993. Mr. Jobe, served as an Officer and pilot in the U.S. Navy, and retired as a Captain in the U.S. Naval Reserve. He holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from UCLA and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Michael A. Hindery, Board DirectorMichael Hindery is the vice dean for administration, finance and clinical programs at the UCSF School of Medicine. He is responsible for budget and finance, personnel, resource and strategic planning, information systems, and the physician medical group. Prior to joining UCSF, Mr. Hindery spent more than 20 years in similar roles at the Stanford University School of Medicine and the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center. He holds masters' degrees from both the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Washington, and a bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University.
Curtis Feeny is a managing director of Voyager Capital in Menlo Park. Prior to joining Voyager, Mr. Feeny spent eight years as executive vice president at Stanford University, overseeing its endowment and the Stanford Management Company. He has been a member of the credit union and has served in a number of capacities, including being a member of the board, since 1995. In addition, he serves on the board of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE:NYSE), the world's largest real estate services firm. Mr. Feeny has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Tandy Fellow and a Rockwell Scholar.
Dr. Frank Sarnquist is an Emeritus Professor (Active) of Anesthesiology at the Stanford Medical Center. He joined the faculty in 1976 and has had research interests in pharmacology and high altitude physiology. He has served as Medical Director of the Stanford Operating Rooms and as interim Chair of the Department of Anesthesia. He received an AB degree in Zoology from UCLA and an MD degree from UCSF.
